That discovery should not be seen as failure.
It is part of building a more informed, resilient and adaptable workforce. 🤝

For employers, the reminder is just as important: young talent needs more than job openings. They need guidance, structured onboarding, workplace exposure and opportunities to learn in real settings.

Elitez Group had the honour of hosting participants from the Ministry of Defence of Singapore for a training session organised by Human Resource Institute and Singapore Polytechnic.

The session brought together a diverse group of attendees to learn more about 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝘇’𝘀 𝗛𝗥 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗷𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆, 𝗔𝗜 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝗯 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.

Our Group CEO, Derrick Teo, shared how Elitez has been building practical AI tools from real business and operational needs — not as standalone experiments, but as solutions that support how work gets done across the organisation.

Our HR Manager, Mei Ting Tok shared how AI implementation has also helped the HR team grow by improving visibility, reducing manual work and enabling the team to take on higher-value responsibilities.

Our Head, CDSP Vernon Du shared on job redesign, and why workforce transformation is not only about adopting new tools, but also about rethinking roles, workflows and capabilities so people can work more effectively.

Yesterday, Elitez Group had the opportunity to join Lorong AI After Dark alongside Glints for a conversation on what it really takes to move from experimenting with AI to embedding it across an organisation.

The discussion went far beyond prompts and tools.

In a recent The Straits Times feature on what employers should know before dismissing staff on probation, Hsiao Hwei Tan, Director of Dynamic Human Capital, a subsidiary of Elitez Group, shared her insights on why employers should not treat the six-month rule as a shortcut.

As Yvonne cautioned, the six-month rule is “𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀” for employers to dismiss employees before the six-month mark.

Following our physical townhall in April, Elitez Group came together virtually today for another important sharing session — to align on where we are heading next as a business.
