Experience the Cuyahoga River up close at the new RiverLoop in Cuyahoga Falls! The 3/4-mile route sits where the city meets nature, connecting the river to downtown businesses on Front Street. A boardwalk, scenic overlooks, public art, and gathering spaces guide visitors along the river’s natural flow. EDG created the 3D renderings and digital video that helped the City of Cuyahoga Falls share this vision. This weekend, our team had the pleasure of joining the community to celebrate it in person.

Access to care close to home is essential, especially for veterans who need regular diagnostics and treatment.

The VA diagnostic imaging and cancer center in Kent expands access to these services for veterans in Northeast Ohio. Intentional landscaping, accessible sidewalks, and stormwater management systems surround the building to form an accessible space for patients and staff. Environmental Design Group provided design and construction documents in addition to a survey to support the site's development. Learn more at the link in our bio.

Lakeside weekends at Paint Creek State Park are made possible by the hidden infrastructure providing campers clean and reliable water. The campground's wastewater treatment plant dated back to the 1970s, requiring a full replacement and leaving several aging pump stations serving the site in need of repair or replacement.

EDG completed plans and specifications for the Ohio Department of Natural Resources to replace the 20,000-gallon-per-day plant, complete with a tertiary filtration building with a disk filter, UV disinfection, and an effluent flow meter. Our team provided civil engineering and design for the improved wastewater plant, in addition to full bidding and construction administration services.
