Those solids are transformed into biogas which is used to fuel an engine and electricity is produced. The solids remaining are processed into a pellet-like soil conditioner which can be used in a multitude of agronomic applications. partners with the City of Akron to operate and maintain the Akron Renewable Energy Facility. This partnership began 25 years ago, and we are committed to that relationship for another 20 years.
