Dr. Jason Northcutt just finished building a brand new office. Second year in. Cash flow stabilizing. Team training locked in. By most measures things are finally moving in the right direction.

And then Jay shifted his thinking entirely.

Dr. Matthew and Mecia Holley flew to Phoenix for a very specific reason.

Ten years in. Time to look back at what they built and map out exactly what the next ten look like.

New patients tripled. Collections more than doubled. Consistent double digit growth year over year for 10 consecutive years. And they are currently on track for over 30% growth in 2026 alone.

But here's what made this session different. They didn't come in to celebrate. They came in to be strategic. How do they deleverage intelligently. How do they reinvest in the right places. How do they continue scaling while setting the practice up for a successful exit down the road.

Lindsey said something that stuck with us.

Three days with Dr. Andre Bisson and his team in Guelph for a Live Scheduling Day and Implementation Day. But honestly the best part of the trip wasn't in the office.

The team mentioned a guy named Rudy. He makes custom shaded crowns chair side for their patients and recently started his own lab. The way they talked about him you could tell this wasn't just a vendor relationship. They were genuinely proud of him.

We showed up with local Guelph Donuts and Rudy gave me a full tour of the lab, introduced me to his whole team, and couldn't have been more gracious about it.

Spotless. Efficient. Impressive doesn't cover it.

That's the thing about this work. Sometimes the most meaningful moments happen outside the four walls of the practice. And now we have a connection that could help even more doctors in the area.

That's what this community is about. 👊

Dr. Stephanie Kinsey and the team at Palencia Dental just wrapped up Efficiency Training including a full Observation Day.

And here's what an Observation Day actually does. It puts fresh eyes inside your practice for an entire day. Not to critique. Not to judge. But to see the things that have become invisible to everyone inside the building the moments that slow the schedule down, the handoffs that create friction, the small inefficiencies that add up to real money by the end of the week.

You can't fix what you can't see. Now they can see it.
