• Healthy: ≤ 10% of total A/R → ~$15k–$28k
• Watch: 11–20% → ~$30k–$55k
🚨 High / Problematic: 20%+ → $60k+ over 90 days

➡️ If you’re over $50–60k in 90+, you’re justified in tightening.

🔹 Healthy Credit Range
• 2–4% of total A/R → $3k–$10k per $250k A/R
