Have you been freely giving your Expansion Magic to everyone except yourself?
I love, love, love, love when Expansion Magicians are around because there is no limit, right?
They look at a situation through a filter of “why not?”
You start sharing something, and they naturally expand it. They have ideas. They build. They grow.
They can see how a project could be more successful, serve more people, become more known, have greater influence.
And this magic can be challenging because not everybody wants to grow.
You can actually learn to shut it down because of all that resistance. You can question yourself. You can start buying into beliefs that were never really yours.
And one way I see this show up with Expansion Magicians is that they’ll call in a partner or someone in their life to be more “realistic.”
Like, “Oh, I need someone to keep me realistic.”
And that can be just fear of your magic.
I’ve also seen so many Expansion Magicians grow their spouse’s business rather than their own.
They pour in their genius of how to make it bigger, the other person has all of this success, and then they’re left grappling with:
“Is it my success? Is it their success?”
Because Expansion Magicians can have a hard time giving expansion to themselves.
So if that’s you, maybe you assess your pricing today.
Maybe you assess your personal value.
Maybe you look at the ideas, possibility, and expansion you so naturally bring to everyone around you… and where you’ve decided you need to be a little more realistic.
Where are you brilliant at seeing expansion for other people, but having a harder time giving that same expansion to yourself?
P.S. I talk more about Expansion Magic in my private podcast if you want to go deeper. Drop FIELD and I’ll send you the link!
