Follow these 3 Rules to Ensure Success for your Academy
1: Track Progress ๐
Tracking your progress allows you to stay focused on what is critical to achieving your goal. It assists you in identifying potential obstacles and strategies for overcoming them. It helps you set more realistic goals and see them coming to pass along the way.
Track your progress every week to see how you are progressing and where you need to make adjustments:
- Lead Gen (Ad spend, creative, etc)
- Shows (availability, lead nurture, etc)
- Close rate (practice sales, record sales, less split pays)
- Retention (better onboarding, handwritten cards, internal challenges, etc)
- Elevation (supplements, new gear, equipment, etc)
2. Get Feedback ๐ฃ
Post your numbers in the group at the end of each month, along with your goals. This way you can get feedback from others who have been there and who can give you some advice on what is the best direction for you to grow.
3. Donโt Let Emotions Screw Up Your Decisions ๐
Track your KPIs and make decisions based on data rather than emotions.
