MCVET is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation that has served more than 30,000 veterans. MCVET serves over 200 veterans from around the United States daily at its 100,000 square foot facility located in downtown Baltimore, MD, with the support of over 40 staff members. MCVET provides it's clients with comprehensive services including case management, employment services, education services, life skills training, addiction counseling and recovery, housing, meals, and secure facilities to receive these services from.

October 26th is the National Day of the Deployed, where we honor the brave service members stationed far away from home in service to our country. 🇺🇸🩵

We enjoyed connecting with community members, sharing valuable resources for Veterans, and highlighting the importance of support at every stage of life.

Through this partnership, Veterans in our Workforce Development Program received professional attire to help them feel confident, empowered, and ready for their next opportunity.
Because the right outfit can make a big difference, and every Veteran deserves to walk into an interview with confidence! 👔🩵

🌍 World Hunger Day | More Than a Meal, A Mission of Hope ❤️🇺🇸

Hunger doesn’t discriminate, and neither does our commitment to serving those who have served our nation.

At the Maryland Center for Veterans Education and Training (MCVET), we believe no veteran should have to wonder where their next meal will come from.

🍽️ Every month, MCVET serves more than 3,000 meals to veterans in need. That’s more than 36,000 meals annually!

But our work goes far beyond filling plates. Each meal represents nourishment, dignity, stability, and an opportunity to connect with the veterans we proudly serve.

On World Hunger Day, we recognize the staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners who help us put food on the table and hope in the hearts of those who once wore our nation’s uniform.

Because those who served our country should never go hungry.

We're wrapping up our final harvest of the season! 🥒 These homegrown veggies go straight from our little garden into meals prepared for our veterans! ❤️
Next season, we're planning to extend our garden.

We remember the sons, daughters, spouses, parents, and siblings who died in service to our country. We also recognize the families who love and miss them every day.
