If you are employed you already have access to a coach, your supervisor.

You can literally ask them to coach you through a challenge. But there are limits. You cannot always talk about career navigation, wanting a new job, or things you would not want reported back.

That is where an external coach comes in.

One of the first ways young professionals get access to coaching is through their manager.

Plan one. Where your current path is naturally taking you. Plan two. A direction you have been quietly curious about. Plan three. The fun. adventurous. what if version of your life.

Planning all three gives you perspective one plan never can. You stop feeling locked in and start pulling the best ideas from every version of your future.
