Simplicity of a to let the depth & variation in handcrafted tile sing, material mix of natural stone, antique brass & fluted glass in custom details of a bathroom toilet room to mimic a shower door, on tap modeled after a beer tap used in the context of a bar application.

Mansion Global's feature on “Non-Tacky Taxidermy”, turned to top design pros including our own Interior Designer, Bridget Tiek, to approach the divisive design trend that adds interest to a space, whether the fixtures are real or faux.

TIEK BYDAY is a full service architecture and interior design studio. From the complete building envelope to the last accessory, every detail is designed. Our construction drawings are based upon 3D models so that all spaces can be visualized during the design process.

Each project is unique, and we take a couple of different approaches. For larger construction projects, we charge a fee based on a percentage of the construction costs combined with the costs of FF&E. For projects with a smaller scope, we charge a flat fee based on a defined scope of work. Hourly rates are only used for Services that are added outside of the original scope.

Upon inquiry, we begin with a complimentary consultation call followed by a brief design questionnaire to determine if we are the right fit for one another.

For new construction projects, we then invite you to our Studio & Showroom, where we meet to establish your project goals, discuss priorities, and review preliminary budget expectations. This allows us to gain a clear understanding of your vision before preparing a detailed proposal.

For renovation projects, we recommend a paid on-site consultation. During this visit, we assess existing conditions, discuss your goals in greater detail, and help define the scope of work and budgetary expectations. This consultation provides the foundation needed to develop a thoughtful and realistic project plan.

Following either process, we will provide a detailed design proposal outlining our recommended services, fees, and project approach. Once a contract is signed, we will present a project schedule and begin the design process.
