This week, we had the honor of joining, our client, the YMCA of the Capital Area (YMCA Baton Rouge) at their Annual Celebration where they officially unveiled their new strategic plan, a roadmap built to guide their mission, priorities, and impact for the years ahead. We were proud to serve as their partners throughout this process.

SSA Consultants has been selected to lead the executive search for the Capital Area Finance Authority's (CAFA) next Vice President of Operations. For more than three decades, SSA has helped private businesses, public agencies, and nonprofit organizations identify and place exceptional leaders across Louisiana and the nation.

CAFA is a legislatively created public authority with a significant role in housing, community development, and regional finance across the Capital Area Parishes. As a longtime consulting partner to CAFA, SSA brings firsthand knowledge of the organization's culture and strategic direction to this search.

The ideal candidate for this role will have senior-level experience in public-sector or quasi-governmental operations, financial management and compliance expertise, and a track record of leading complex, multi-functional teams.
