20 years 🤯 Today we’re celebrating Katie and an incredible milestone: 20 years as a CMCA® credential holder! 🎉

What makes this accomplishment special isn’t just the credential itself. It’s the countless hours Katie has spent serving communities, helping board members, mentoring industry professionals, advocating for homeowners, and continuously investing in her own growth along the way.

If you’ve worked with Katie, you know she doesn’t do anything halfway. Whether she’s leading our team, volunteering her time, speaking at industry events, or helping solve a community challenge, she shows up with passion, integrity, and a genuine desire to make things better.

We’re lucky to learn from her every day and proud to celebrate this milestone!

Congratulations, Katie, and thank you for all you do for our team, our clients, and our industry đź’ś

ICYMI đź‘€ Our very own Katie Anderson was featured discussing the new wildfire-resistant building standards now taking effect across Central Oregon.

These new standards are designed to help protect homes and communities through fire-hardened materials, smarter landscaping practices, and proactive mitigation efforts. An important piece of the legislation also helps ensure homeowners can make wildfire safety upgrades within HOA communities while still preserving neighborhood aesthetics.

As Katie shared, wildfire resilience and community character can absolutely coexist.

We’re proud to be part of the conversation helping shape safer, stronger communities across Oregon. 🔥🏡

New wildfire-resistant building standards are now in effect in Bend, Sisters and Deschutes County. The rules encourage fire-hardened materials and limit HOA authority to block certain wildfire safety upgrades.

At AMG, giving back to the communities we serve isn’t just something we do, it’s part of who we are.

One event that holds a special place in our hearts is Farm to Fork at Rainshadow Organics, a fundraiser we were proud to help launch and continue to support each year. This incredible event benefits Heart of Oregon Corps, a nonprofit that empowers Central Oregon youth through education, job training, leadership development, and meaningful work opportunities.

We’re honored to be part of an evening that brings our community together around great food, great people, and a great cause. Supporting organizations like Heart of Oregon Corps is one of the many ways we invest in the future of Central Oregon.
