Clean air compliance is becoming a bigger consideration for commercial kitchens, especially in dense urban areas and mixed-use developments where smoke, grease, and odor control matter more than ever.

Pollution Control Units (PCUs) are designed to help reduce visible emissions, grease particles, and cooking odors before air is discharged from the building.
