Creating 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙡 𝘾𝙤𝙙𝙚 meant bringing a cinematic approach to a complex and deeply personal medical story. Every light, lens and camera angle was carefully chosen to create an intimate space where researchers, physicians and patients could share their personal and professional experiences—and we could ask difficult questions about cholesterol, metabolic health and what happens when the conventional explanations no longer seem to fit.

The finished film may look effortless, but behind every interview was our talented crew, a room full of filming equipment and a shared commitment to telling this story with clarity, humanity and care.

In March of 2020, we released a film called 𝙁𝙖𝙩 𝙁𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, which questioned decades of nutrition advice and the very foundation of our nation's food policy: The U.S. Dietary Guidelines. This year, the USDA did indeed flip the food pyramid—emphasizing protein, dairy, and healthy fats and eliminating processed carbohydrates for the first time.
