PIE is seeking detail-oriented, solutions-focused Project Coordinator Interns (PCI) to join our team part-time. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and takes pride in keeping details organized and accurate.

As a PCI, you will support our executive roundtable communities by helping strengthen and grow our membership. You will work alongside our Project Coordinator team to research and recruit senior leaders, contribute to outreach strategy, and help ensure our teams have the information and materials they need to deliver exceptional outcomes.

In this role, you will:
• Support PIE’s executive communities for C-level leaders on a global scale
• Research and source executive contact information
• Recruit executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Maintain accurate and detailed information in systems and spreadsheets (including Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and Excel)
• Prepare documents and materials that support client projects and internal teams

Meet Emily Davis, July's PIE Caught Doing Good winner.

July’s core value was Making Things Happen, and Emily is the perfect example of it. She brings an incredible mix of grit, positivity, and determination to everything she does. Whether she's solving a last-minute problem, lending a hand wherever it's needed, or keeping the team laughing with one of her famously random get-to-know-you questions, Emily shows up with energy that makes PIE better.

"She flew around PIE offices at 6:30pm fixing printers and rushing downtown to get The Growth Engine Summit summaries to the hotel on time!" Congratulations, Emily, and thank you for being such a great example of what it means to make things happen!

Sometimes, it only takes one moment to show you what a company stands for. For Caroline Knowles, that moment came during the application process during COVID.

Both her parents had COVID, and when Caroline got a phone call from the Montana “406” she was afraid she’d be hearing her parents were in the hospital. Instead, it was our HR manager offering a second interview but then sprung into action when she learned about Caroline’s sick parents. That care and PIE’s people-first culture was a large part of Caroline’s choice to join the Pack.
