We love supporting the National Association of Women in Construction year after year, sending groups of women across to professional development and networking opportunities. Many of our team members in attendance are highly active within NAWIC, with several serving in leadership positions on their local chapter boards.

The national average for women in construction is just over 12%, and at Badger, we're aiming to exceed that.
