๐ Self-care is more than bubble baths, candles, and face masks.
Donโt get me wrongโI love anything that helps us slow down and relax. But real self-care isnโt defined by how luxurious it looks.
Sometimes self-care is relaxing.
Sometimes itโs setting a boundary, going to bed earlier, scheduling the appointment, asking for help, preparing for tomorrow, or having the difficult conversation youโve been avoiding.
Real self-care isnโt simply about escaping your life for a few minutes.
Itโs about taking intentional action to support your physical, mental, emotional, relational, and overall well-being.
In honor of Self-Care September, join me this Thursday, September 3, for my free webinar:
Beyond Bubble Baths: Self-Care That Actually Works
Weโll move beyond the commercialized version of self-care and explore practical strategies for recognizing what you genuinely needโand responding in ways that support your health, energy, and resilience.
Because a bubble bath can absolutely be part of self-careโฆ
But it was never meant to do all the work.
