Today, we’d like to recognize someone incredibly important to BugZout… and to so many people in our community — Rachel Timlin! 🎂

Many of you know Rachel as the friendly voice on the phone, the one helping schedule appointments, answering questions, keeping things organized, and somehow making the impossible happen. But behind the scenes, she is so much more.

Rachel wears more hats than most people will ever realize — wife, mom, business owner, scheduler for five technicians, organizer, problem solver, encourager, and often the calm in the middle of the storm. Running a business, raising a family, and caring deeply for both our employees and customers is no small task, and somehow she still finds a way to show up for everyone.

Like all strong people, she carries a lot and sometimes gets overwhelmed — but if there’s one thing we know about Rachel, it’s that she always finds a way to pull everything together and keep moving forward with heart, determination, and care for the people around her.

Today, we simply want to recognize and celebrate a truly special woman who means so much to our family, our team, and this business.

Just a little reminder as bug season ramps up…

When you choose a truly local company, you're supporting people who actually live here, raise families here, shop here, sponsor local events, and spend money right back into the community we all call home.

That goes for all local businesses — restaurants, contractors, shops, service companies, and yes… pest control too. Small local businesses survive because neighbors choose neighbors.

And to be fair, there are many companies that service Fremont County and may do a perfectly good job. But being local and simply servicing a local area are not always the same thing. Many companies travel in from other cities, work here during the day, and then head back home.

At BugZout, we’re proud to say we’re the only pest control company headquartered right here in Fremont County. This is our home. Our kids go to school here. We grocery shop here, support local businesses here, and care deeply about the people in this community because this is where we live too.

And honestly, this post is bigger than pest control. Whether it’s us, your favorite restaurant, local contractor, coffee shop, or hometown store — supporting businesses that truly call Fremont County home helps all of us. ❤️
