821 Consulting is hosting a dynamic 2-day leadership experience - Dare to Lead®: Courageous Leadership in Action
which is an interactive virtual leadership experience inspired by Brené Brown’s research on courage, trust, vulnerability, accountability, and resilience.
This training will be held virtually on July 8–9, 2026, this two-part training (3.5 hours each day) will help leaders strengthen communication, navigate difficult conversations, build psychologically safe teams, and lead with greater confidence and authenticity. Participants will leave with practical tools to foster stronger workplace cultures, improve team dynamics, and lead courageously in today’s evolving workplace.

Courageous Conversations, Accountability & Resilience

Leading through uncertainty with authenticity and courage
Strengthening communication and workplace culture
Developing an individual courageous leadership action plan
