We're honored to be recognized by Comparably in three workplace categories: Best Happiness, Best Perks & Benefits, and Best Work-Life Balance. 🎉

These awards are especially meaningful because they're based on feedback from our own team members. To everyone across Builders FirstSource who shows up each day to support our customers, communities, and one another, thank you. Your dedication and commitment are what make recognition like this possible. 👏

We’re known for lumber, trusses, windows and doors, but projects like this highlight the many ways we can support our customers.

Our Atlanta custom team worked alongside the customer through months of planning and design to create these beautiful cased openings. It’s great to see the vision come to life. 🪄
