Some Ranch Horse/animal lover Some Ranch is a small, quiet, relaxing boarding facility. We have 4 grass pastures each at 8400 sq feet. Monthly board fee is $425 - $500.

Conveniently located just 1.5 miles off the San Tan 202 on Queen Creek and Lindsay in Chandler. We have convenient access to neighborhood rides, are minutes from Veterans Oasis park, 20 mins from Horseshoe Park in Queen Creek and 30 mins to San Tan Mountain Park. Your horse will enjoy daily turnout - weather, irrigation, and horse behavior permitting. This allows us to rotate the horses across the

pastures ensuring lots of bermuda (in the summer) or rye (in the winter) for your horse to enjoy. We tend to be a great fit for horses/owners who enjoy trail riding, some casual arena work and people who want to know that their horses won't just be standing in a stall when they can't get there to turn them out. Monthly board includes bermuda and/alfalfa. Additional supplements are owner supplied. Other amenities:
- tack room
- wash rack
- sand riding arena (8100 sq ft)
- 40' sand round pen

Some things that set us apart
- fly predators to keep the pests down
- misters on stalls for summer
- each stall has a ceiling fan
- rye grass for winter grazing
- someone is on property nearly 24/7.
