Before launching eFACTOR3 on August 8th, 2008 Hartmut held various positions in the shredding, grinding and briquetting industry, and he helped launch the North American headquarters of WEIMA America in Charlotte, NC. As the founder and president, Hartmut has more than 20 years of experience in designing and servicing size reduction technology solutions for a wide range of industries, including woodworking, paper, document destruction, plastics, waste-to-energy (WtE), and recycled medical waste. Originally from Germany, Hartmut and his family moved to the United States in 2000, and he holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the College of Advanced Technology in Rosenheim, Germany.
