Juliana Sih is a Professional Certified Coach who helps people grow through one on one coaching, personal development, and practical leadership skills. Her accomplishments include being selected to coach Cayman Islands government officials and building a sustainable coaching business of her own.

Juliana is also passionate about exercise, content creation, travel, and public speaking. She is active with the International Coaching Federation, online coaching communities, and She Speaks, while continuing to expand her impact through coaching and digital education.
