The last three months of the year move fast. Holidays creep up, budgets tighten, and it's easy to let momentum slip right when it matters most. This is the month to decide how you want to show up for the rest of 2026.

This month brings a Sister Circle, more Businesswoman Highlights to celebrate, and plenty of ways to stay plugged into this sisterhood while you're doing it.

Whatever you're building, you don't have to build it in isolation. That's the whole point of this community.

Meet Jennifer Walton, Founder and Chief Brand Officer of Sky Nile Consulting.

After a decade leading brand strategy across Fortune 100 and public sector organizations, Jennifer founded Sky Nile Consulting as a Narrative Development Studio focused on helping leaders build stories that work for them.

Beyond her work, Jennifer is a wife, mom, community leader, and advocate for Black women business owners. She also serves on multiple boards, including Zora’s House.
