How to set boundaries with clients (without losing them) 👇🏾

1. Define your hours in your contract and your email signature, not just in your head.

2. Create a response time policy (ex: "I respond to emails within 48 hours M–F") and post it everywhere.

3. When a client crosses a boundary, address it directly and immediately; silence teaches people that your limits don't exist.

Boundaries aren't rejection. They're the foundation of a sustainable relationship.
