Our Service Crew recently replaced this rusted out valve at a site in Kentucky. San Antonio, mark your calendars.
The American Fire Sprinkler Association rolls into town September 27-30 for its annual convention — the one gathering where fire sprinkler contractors, designers, manufacturers, and AHJs all end up in the same room without anyone needing a permit application to make it happen.
Between the apprentice competition (always worth watching — some of these young installers make it look unreasonably easy) and the educational sessions, swing by Cla-Val Booth 210. It was great to welcome customers from Santa Cruz to the factory today. Jeff Smith, our Area Sales Manager serving Central California, hosted the group for a factory tour, training, and technical discussions. Time together in the factory gives customers a closer look at our processes and creates space for practical conversations about their applications and operational needs.
