Are you a champion for mental health but not local to the Cincinnati region? Our annual Scurry raises funds for mental health initiatives at Lindner Center of Hope, OneQuest Health, and the Adapt for Life and Zero Su***de programs at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center.

It's always inspiring to see our team roll up their sleeves for the community! Last week, TiER1ers Katie Frey, Sarah Ehrnschwender, Anna Grome, and Mark Hilvert worked alongside TiER1 alum Danyele Harris, whose commitment to service inspired the day, to support Habitat for Humanity's "Build the Block" effort in Hamilton, Ohio. They helped move three different homes forward in the build.

Habitat for Humanity has helped families in our community build stability and homeownership for decades. We're proud to be a small part of that work.

For 15 years, The Scurry has brought people together to support mental health through teamwork, laughter, and a little friendly competition. What started as an Amazing Race-style fundraiser has grown into a community tradition that has raised more than $500,000 for Cincinnati local mental health initiatives.
As we celebrate this milestone, we're looking back at the teams, challenges, costumes, high-fives, and memories that have made The Scurry so special. As organizational transformation becomes increasingly emergent and complex, TiER1 Performance is strengthening how it delivers impact for clients with our first Chief Transformation Officer (CTrO).

Katie joined TiER1 in 2023 through the acquisition of THRUUE, bringing extensive experience advising commercial and nonprofit organizations on strategy, leadership alignment, and building high-performing cultures.

Her appointment reflects our continued investment in helping clients align every dimension of transformation, from leadership and customer experience to operations and organizational change. Our goal is to help clients ensure change isn't just planned, but understood, adopted, and sustained.

That was one of the key takeaways from Hunt Scanlon Media's Powering an AI-Driven Workforce conference, where TiER1's Emanuel Lewis joined industry leaders to discuss how organizations are scaling AI, reimagining work, and seeing ROI in AI investments.
