Join us for the Destin Chamber’s Tourism & Hospitality Lunch: Sea Turtles, Lionfish & More on Sept. 16! Jessica Valek, Natural Resources Manager for Destin–Fort Walton Beach, will share how tourism dollars support sea turtle conservation, artificial reefs, lionfish removal, public education and more.

Congratulations to City of Destin Government and City of Destin Parks & Recreation Department on today's ribbon cutting celebrating the completion of Destin's new pickleball courts!

The complex, located next to Destin's City Hall Annex at 4100 Indian Bayou Trail, includes four dedicated outdoor courts with permanent lines and nets. They are open daily from 8 a.m. until sunset on a first-come, first-served basis, and they are free to the public. Amenities include on-site parking, covered seating, restrooms, and a water station.

Thank you to Destin City Council for listening to residents and visitors on this issue and to our wonderful city staff for seeing this project through to its beautiful completion!
