After 82 owner, Rodney Carter and Latona Expansion Group LLC present an exclusive, one-night unveiling of selected works by internationally, recognized geometric abstractionist and the honorary founder of Speed Graphics, Ron Krivosheiw. His innovations in Iris printing helped birth the desire for the giclée fine-art print. Krivosheiw’s dedication to the industry put him in rooms with Andy Warhol, Salvadore’ Dalí, and Annie Leibovitz. His five-decade career bridged the unification of print studio and canvas.

Mr. Rodney Carter will release the “Gallery 82 Collection” with a live musical response by HUMAN ROBOT (Jeferson Ciarvi) Latona Expansion Group proudly brings this exhibit to the historic the.stone.house.bar ahead of its grand opening.

Attendance will provide a rare opportunity to acquire pieces from this iconic pioneer.

Culture doesn’t survive by accident. It survives because each generation chooses to carry it forward. ⭐

Join us as Latona Expansion Group and Future Visions Label Detroit proudly present “FUSION,” a new Detroit cultural series created to connect the elders who laid the groundwork for techno, house, and Detroit music culture with the artists shaping what comes next.

There is an important conversation happening across the city about legacy, preservation, and responsibility. Detroit did not simply create influential music. Detroit established a cultural foundation that changed the world.

The pioneers built that foundation through experimentation, discipline, independence, sacrifice, and vision. Now we are creating a space where that history can meet the artists who are prepared to honor it, represent it, and expand it into the future.

We launch Friday, August 7 with resident Jeferson Ciarvi | Human Robot / HUMAN ROBOT x DUANE_313 . ⭐ As well, we celebrate HUMAN ROBOT (Jeferson Ciarvi) birthday! 🎂

Human Robot came to Detroit from Brazil several years ago strictly because of his deep love for this city and what Detroit music represented to him and to people around the world. His journey and passion reflect the international reach and impact of Detroit’s cultural power: a sound and a history strong enough to call artists across borders and inspire them to become part of its continuing story.

The night begins with Open Decks from 8 PM–10 PM, creating space for emerging talent to step forward. From 10 PM–2 AM, Human Robot, Duane, and special guests will carry the night into the deeper conversation between legacy and progression.

FUSION LAUNCH: Friday, August 7
Human Robot x Duane & Special Guests: 10 PM–2 AM

DROP IT IN THE COMMENTS ⭐️⭐️⭐️

My good friend Rick Wade; Detroit deep house legend, 30+ years on wax; just dropped something I think producers need to know about.

It’s called Harmonie Keys. It’s a music tool he built himself that helps you create rich, soulful chord progressions and melodies fast. You open it in your browser, pick from his custom sounds, and start building. No installs. No subscription. Just you and the music.

If you make beats, produce tracks, or just love finding that perfect chord, check it out.

$69 right now through Movement weekend. $89 after that.
