Your board may look full. That does not mean your day is booked.

Stacked calls hide real availability. None job events dropped in the wrong place block capacity you actually have. Both look normal on the dispatch board, and both quietly shrink what your team can take on that day.

If your capacity numbers never match what your techs actually ran, start there. Look at how jobs are stacking and where NJEs are landing before you blame call volume.
