Molly’s impact goes far beyond a title. As a former child welfare caseworker and now Customer Engagement Manager at Northwoods, she brings firsthand experience, deep empathy, and an unwavering commitment to helping the people doing some of the hardest work.

Today, Molly supports agencies across Ohio, Colorado, and Virginia, helping caseworkers reduce administrative burden so they can spend more time where it matters most… serving children and families.
