Stop WAITING until you feel confident. Confidence comes AFTER you take action and start proving to yourself that it’s possible for you.

Stop NEGOTIATING with your COMFORT ZONE. It will always be the chain that keeps you from breakthrough.

Rich in life because my job is someone’s self care day.

These words could not be more true! As a hairstylist, one of the most fulfilling things was knowing that my clients came to me because they trust me with their confidence; and that our salon was their escape from everything they have to deal with from day to day.

What a blessing to do this work.

I spent years working at a 9-5 job I didn’t love, because I was afraid of failing, instead of having faith that God would carry me through.

Everyday I hear stylists who are paralyzed by fear.

The fear of:
- deciding to restart
- going out on their own
- raising their prices
- giving up that second job
- telling their clients no
the list goes on and on….

But I’m here to tell you…everything you want is on the other side of fear. And both fear and faith require you to believe in something you cannot see.

My life changed once I decided to trust God with the outcome instead of relying on myself and playing small.

My life changed once I realized God gave me a gift that He will use and bless.

My life changed when I started to make decisions from faith, not fear.

My life changed when I started praying for my business and the clients I would serve.

And my prayer for you, is that whatever it is that paralyzes you from growth….is the very thing that you surrender to Him and that you are blown away at what He does in your life ❤️

Time is your greatest asset — but also the hardest thing to get more of.

And when you’re stuck in survival mode, working 12-14 hour days because you don’t know how else to get ahead…
it can feel absolutely excruciating.

Not to mention the guilt of missing precious moments with your kids that you can never get back.

But can I tell you something?

It doesn’t have to be this way.

God didn’t design you to run on empty. He didn’t call you to this industry just to burn out in it.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

That’s not just a Sunday morning verse. That’s a promise for the hairstylist working her sixth straight day and wondering if it will ever feel different.

Here’s what I know to be true — change IS possible. Not someday. Not when the timing is perfect. Now.

“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord — plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

He already has a plan for your freedom. Sometimes He’s just waiting for you to stop surviving long enough to receive it.

You were called to this work. But you were also called to your family, your rest, and your life.

You don’t have to choose.

The path forward isn’t working harder — it’s working with intention, with systems, and with God at the center of it all.

“Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” — Proverbs 16:3
