In the summer of 2025, Early Childhood Alliance faced the possibility of closure. For enrolled families, that meant the loss of consistent care. For the community, it meant the possible loss of an organization that had served Fort Wayne families for more than seventy years.

Our 2025 Impact Report shares the story of a critical transition—one in which this long-standing community organization continued serving families even as leadership, governance, and operations changed.

It is a powerful reminder to us that stewardship sometimes means preserving something essential before it is lost.

Restore Allen embodies our sense of responsibility toward better community.

Our 2025 Impact Report highlights the discovery effort that convened participants from across the justice ecosystem and community organizations to examine how people move through the system, where challenges compound, and where stronger coordination is needed.

By the end of 2025, that discovery effort had developed 17 recommendations for county leadership, participating institutions, and the community.

With immense gratitude and excitement, we announce Jeff Albert as the next CEO of Ambassador Enterprises. Jeff will step into this role as Daryle Doden transitions from his position after nearly two decades of faithful leadership.

Since founding AE in 2006, Daryle has built more than a company—he has cultivated a mission-driven community rooted in stewardship, relationships, and transformational impact. His vision has served as a guiding light for us all, and we are deeply grateful for his leadership and ongoing presence as we continue on our journey.

Jeff Albert brings exceptional leadership and industry expertise to this role. As CEO of SOLV Holdings since its inception in 2019, he stewarded its growth into a $1 billion revenue organization in 2024, with more than 2,000 employees across multiple companies.
