💡 Growing a private company through rising costs, tariffs, and labor pressure comes down to three things: knowing where to invest, where to pull back, and what to protect.

Our CEO, Tim Barrett, has spent 30 years making those calls, growing Barrett from one location to more than 20 across 10 states.

On Nov. 16, he joins the NACD New England Chapter’s Private Company Visionaries panel in Boston to talk about how private company leaders make long-term decisions in an unpredictable market.

Joining Tim on stage are:

▪️ Aaron Brandt, President and CEO, Hypertherm Associates
▪️ Jaime Mahoney, General Manager, Americas, Champion Petfoods
▪️ Larry Siff, CEO, Neptune Advisors, LLC and C Level Community (moderator)
