Today we are announcing the retirement of our fearless leader, Helen Propheter. Her charm, her wit, her passion, and her dedication to Frederick County and its business community will certainly be missed in this office. We are sad to see her go, but we are truly happy for her well-earned retirement after 30 years with Frederick County government.
