Holding onto the last moments of summer at Tuscany in Texas ✨

Now that the vines have been harvested, we are busy with crush and fermentation as this year’s fruit makes its way into the cellar. Out in the vineyard, the vines are entering their post-harvest season. The leaves are still green, but will soon turn as the vines prepare for winter dormancy. 🍂🍷
