Big news from the cellar! 🥂
Our very first Sparkling Picpoul Blanc is officially in the bottle.
We’ve taken this classic coastal grape and given it the royal treatment using the Method Traditionelle. After a patient secondary fermentation in the bottle, it’s now resting and getting ready for its big debut.
Expect those signature Picpoul notes of zingy lemon and saline minerality, but elevated with a beautiful, fine mousse and toasted brioche finish. 🍋✨
The perfect summertime treat!! It’s crisp, it’s bubbly, and it’s almost ready for your glass. Available for sale soon!

Our 2023 Tempranillo and 2023 Merlot are officially LIVE on the website — just in time for cozy season.

2023 Tempranillo
Grown at Bingham Family Vineyards, this red shows off notes of black cherry, crushed black pepper, dried fig, and fresh bay leaf. Savory layers of cedar, sundried tomato, and biltong fill out the mid-palate for an expressive Texas Tempranillo that shines all season long.

2023 Merlot
Also grown at Bingham Family Vineyards, our Merlot is plush and vibrant with wild berries, elderberry, and candied fruit. Soft tannins and ripe black plum bring balance and structure, creating a silky yet powerful wine perfect for fall + winter comfort meals.
