Harvest 2026, that’s a wrap! 🍇

Early mornings and plenty of tacos eaten between the rows. We’re grateful for every hand that picked our grapes, the growers who tended the vines, our buyers, w**emakers, and everyone who helped bring another Texas harvest across the finish line.

It’s worth every bit of it to share exceptional Texas w**es with all of you. Cheers to another harvest in the books — now, we wait for what’s in the cellar!

One of our own got married 🤍
This spring, the Formando family grew by one as Estella married Hunter—and of course, there was plenty of Formando w**e to celebrate! Our Sparkling Picpoul was a smashing success and we can’t wait to share it with you!
A special day made even sweeter getting to share w**es from our family vineyard with all of our favorite people. Cheers to the Wintons! 🥂

Rosé all day…especially in the summer!
Our Grenache Rosé is hand-harvested, destemmed, and left on the skins for just a few hours before being pressed into stainless steel. The result? A crisp, refreshing Rosé with notes of cranberry, raspberry, and pomegranate and bright acidity.
Made for hot Texas days and a chilled glass in hand

Big news from the cellar! 🥂
Our very first Sparkling Picpoul Blanc is officially in the bottle.
We’ve taken this classic coastal grape and given it the royal treatment using the Method Traditionelle. After a patient secondary fermentation in the bottle, it’s now resting and getting ready for its big debut.
Expect those signature Picpoul notes of zingy lemon and saline minerality, but elevated with a beautiful, fine mousse and toasted brioche finish. 🍋✨
The perfect summertime treat!! It’s crisp, it’s bubbly, and it’s almost ready for your glass. Available for sale soon!
