Had a great time last week with our RECN group at our annual Spring Fling, this year supporting BlackRock Center for the Arts!

Always a fun night connecting with fellow local professionals, strengthening relationships, and supporting an organization that brings so much to our community. Grateful to be part of such a great group through the Gaithersburg Germantown Upcounty Chamber.

Both Mike and Courtney attended, and Courtney had the opportunity to present on “Quality, Profitability, Consistency: The Metrics Behind a Great Team & Exceptional Service Delivery.” It sparked some great conversations around what it really takes to build strong teams and deliver consistently high-level service.

The theme throughout the event was AI - how it’s shaping our industry, where it’s creating opportunities, and the importance of adopting it thoughtfully and securely.

Beyond the sessions, it was just as valuable spending time with so many familiar faces. Being surrounded by peers who openly share ideas, experiences, and challenges is something we never take for granted!
