Still thinking about what a special night Project Zin was. 🍷

This year’s event was held at Appellation, Charlie Palmer’s new hotel and restaurant property, and we were honored to be one of 21 wineries included alongside such an incredible lineup.

From the wine stations to the food, the auction bottles, and the generosity throughout the evening, it was a beautiful celebration of great wine and an even better cause.

We were proud to donate a vertical, pour alongside Mauritson, and be part of an event supporting the Bay Area Down Syndrome Connection.

A true honor, a real privilege, and a night we hope to be part of again next year.

Fresh fruit coming in from the vineyard, getting sorted, destemmed, and prepared for the next step in the winemaking process.

These are the moments where a vintage really starts to take shape — long before it ever makes it into the bottle.

And from what we heard, the fruit looked and tasted wonderful today.

A very exciting start to what’s ahead.

This is where the next vintage starts to come to life — fresh fruit coming in, getting crushed, and making its way toward the tank.

It’s messy, beautiful, and one of the most exciting parts of the whole process.

Rosé season may feel far away, but the story of this bottle is already starting.

The Syrah and Zinfandel are officially making their way from tank to bottle, and it’s always one of those days that makes everything feel real.

After the growing, picking, pressing, aging, tasting, and waiting… seeing the bottles move down the line is a pretty special part of the process.

Bottling day for We Know Jack! 🍷

Today, the Syrah and Zinfandel officially made their way into bottle — a pretty exciting step after all the work, waiting, tasting, and perfecting that comes before it.

There’s something special about seeing the bottles lined up, labeled, and ready for what’s next.

Syrah and Zin done. Rosé tomorrow.

A very good couple of days around here.

Just bottled. It will lay down for the next year while we continue to enjoy the award winning’23 and the soon to be released ‘24 Syrah. If you haven’t had a good experience with Syrah, you haven’t had WE KNOW JACK! Syrah!

A few favorite pairings, We Know Jack style. 🍷

For the 2025 Rosé: grilled salmon tacos, sushi, or anything fresh, crisp, and bright.

For the Syrah: grilled lamb chops, grilled peaches, or duck confit if we’re feeling fancy.

And for the 2022 Zinfandel: marinated grilled pork tenderloin with garlic, rosemary, Dijon, salt, and pepper — grilled to perfection, of course.

Good wine deserves good food, and these pairings are sounding pretty perfect to us.
