Like… big-time, tail-wagging, never-ending loved.

You are cherished (that means super special… like my favorite squeaky toy)
and you are VERY important.

Not just when you’re smiling… but when you’re trying.

Not just when you’re strong… but when you’re being brave.

And guess what?

You don’t have to earn it.

You already ARE it.

HAPPY 25TH OF REMEMBER!!!

Christmas is special, that’s certainly true…
But love shouldn’t wait to be given by you.

So, I wiggle and wag all year long,
Bringing comFURt where hearts need to be strong.

A soft little FURiend,
A hug they can keep,
A reminder they’re loved
In the moments they weep.

Because not every child will see Christmas Day…
So we bring love and comfort right now, not someday.

On every 25th, we choose to remember…
Kindness isn’t just for December.

One Owie, one hug, one heart at a time…
That’s how we make every day softly shine.

And tucked in each cuddle, gentle and true…
Is a whisper of love… “Somebunny loves you.”

Hippity, hoppity, here’s some good news today…
Two sweet FURiends helped send love on its way!

Brenda and Janet teamed up, what a beautiful sight,
Sending one Lil’ Owie to hug a child tight.

With bunny ears on and a heart full of cheer,
Their gift says, “You’re loved… and we’re right here.”

Now we’re getting so close... just look and see…
Only 14 more Owies to hop to 50!

Each little pup brings a smile so bright,
Turning hospital days into moments of light.

Because of you, on April 1st they’ll be there,
Thank you, Brenda and Janet, for sharing your care…
Because of you, comfort is on its way there.

Today I want to share a little story with you…

It’s the story of Patrick. He was just a boy when he was kidnapped and taken far from home, suddenly finding himself in a place that was unfamiliar, lonely, and hard. But it was there (in the middle of that hardship) that he began to truly talk to God, and in that place, his faith began to grow.

Years later, Patrick made it back home, and I think most of us would say, “That’s enough. I’m never going back.” But God asked him to do something unexpected, and that was to go back… back to the very place where he had been hurt. And Patrick said yes.

He returned to Ireland not with fear, but with purpose, bringing God’s love and hope to others. He didn’t allow what happened to him to harden his heart, but instead, he allowed God to heal it and then use it for something greater. And maybe that’s the real story of today… that God can take the hardest parts of our story and turn them into something beautiful.

I know this firsthand…

If you’ve ever been in a hospital room and remember what it felt like to be alone or scared, then you understand why his story matters, and why this does too. You know the silence. You know the feeling. And you know how much it means to not feel alone.

So this is your moment to change that for someone else. Would you join us and send a Lil’ Owie to a hospitalized child in April?
Because sometimes we have to go through the hard things in life to truly understand… that when we give love away… it changes everything.

Hi FURiend… it’s me, Lil’ Owie!

You know something about bunnies?
They love to hop, hop, hop… especially when they’re hopping toward something wonderful, like sending comfort to a child who needs it.

And today a very special bunny did just that!

I’m wagging my tail and doing my best bunny hop to say THANK YOU to Bunnie Slade ! Because of her kindness, six little “Somebunny Loves You” Lil’ Owies are hopping their way to comfort hospitalized children.

That’s six more hugs…
six more smiles…
and six more reminders that someone cares.

Now we only need 28 more FURiends who would like to donate a Lil’ Owie so we can reach our goal and deliver comfort on April 1 to the Ronald McDonald Family Room.

Hey FURiend… it’s me, Lil’ Owie, popping in with a little tail-wagging update from Gina’s page!

Today I’m doing a happy puppy spin because I get to say THANK YOU to Corrine S Krumland-Gil for helping us deliver six Lil’ Owies for the month of April!

That means six brave kids in the hospital will soon have a soft, snuggly best FURiend sitting beside them when they need comfort the most. And let me tell you… nothing makes my tail wag faster than knowing more kids won’t feel alone.

For my April Comfort Mission, I’m getting all dressed up in my bunny ears and bringing the kids a special message:

“Somebunny loves you brought you a best FURiend!”

Sometimes it doesn’t take much to brighten a hospital day…
just a silly pair of bunny ears, a friendly face, and a puppy ready for a hug.

Because of wonderful FURiends like Corrine, we’re already on our way! But we still have a little mission to finish.

Right now we only need 37 more Arf Angels to say YES to comFURt so we can reach our goal of 50 Lil’ Owies for April.

That means there are still:

Because of Dani, two more brave kids in the hospital will soon have a best FURiend. That makes my tail wag extra fast!

Every Lil’ Owie that gets adopted means one more child receives comfort, courage, and a soft paw to hold.

Now I’m working on my April Comfort Mission!

This month I’ll be arriving wearing bunny ears with a special message for the kids:

YAY!!! The March Onward Comfort Mission is Complete!

Now… we’re marching forth into giving for April!

(Get it? Happy March 4th!)

I love this day because it reminds us to do something… and today would be a really good day to give. 💛

Because...

Every Lil’ Owie that gets adopted means one more brave child in the hospital will have a best FURiend beside their bed.

Hey, FURiend… it’s me, Lil’ Owie, sending you a message from Gina's FB page.

Guess what? Because of all the PAW-some people who said yes to comFURt, we received all of our donations in February for my March Onward Comfort Mission!

That means Lil’ Owies are being handed out all through the month of March at the Ronald McDonald Family Room. Every time one of my little buddies is placed into the arms of a brave child, I do a happy tail wag.

Now it’s time for my April Comfort Mission!
