Grief Tip for the Soul 🌱 💙
Today I'm at the park training and playing flag football with my son, and it reminded me of something.
Grief doesn't mean you stop playing the game. It means you learn to play with a heavier heart, and still show up for the people who need you on the field.
Living again doesn't mean forgetting who you lost. It means letting love keep you in motion.
