I am thrilled to announce our July Employees of the Month!
Chris Cavalier, Systems Administrator
• Chris just celebrated his 8-year anniversary at Vox Mobile, as he joined our team in August 2015. He started as a Technical Support Specialist and moved to our Software Development team in 2018 where he has been serving as a Systems Administrator. In his role, he configures and maintains the Encompass platform and assists with any technical issues.
• Chris is known for maintaining his composure during stressful situations, being easy to work with, and maintaining high quality while consistently hitting deadlines. He’s also an excellent DJ for those who have attended our last two company picnics!
• Chris was nominated by Andrew Parent, Lead Software Engineer, who provided this feedback:
o “Chris is an expert on the configuration of our software and does a lot of work behind the scenes making sure the data lines up with what's in the MDM. His work has always been exemplary, but what he does tends to be less obvious, I think this should be rectified.
o Chris's competence makes the rest of us look better as a result. He keeps an eye out for any changes that need to be made to the data and coordinates the right people to change the data that needs to, even if some of those people aren't always easy to work with. He is absolutely a credit to the company!”
Justin Nogle, Fulfillment Team Lead
• Justin joined Vox Mobile in September 2012 as a Specialist in our Technical Support department. When an opportunity opened up in Fulfillment the following year, he made the transfer. He has been promoted multiple times and currently serves as the Team Lead.
• Justin has excelled due to his impressive combination of technical skills, work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
• Justin was nominated by Bill Burslem, Senior Manager of Fulfillment Services, who provided this feedback:
o “His leadership and contribution to the team's success in achieving an outstanding Service Level Agreement of 99.6% is commendable. It's valuable to have team members who can step up and maintain high standards in my absence.
o As the Team Lead, and in charge of Quality Control (QC), he is versatile and dependable. Having him effectively lead the team and manage quality control is essential for maintaining smooth operations and achieving high standards. Justin's ability to handle these responsibilities speaks to his leadership skills and dedication to ensuring our success!”
