SMG is at the ASSP Region III Professional Development Conference!

Randy Gieseking and Mark Steinhofer will be attending the American Subcontractors Association’s SUBExcel 2026 Conference, September 29–October 1 in Bonita Springs, Florida.

Mark will be presenting “Growing a Positive Safety Culture” during the conference. This educational session will explore how individual choices, strong safety systems, and motivation work together to build a high-performing safety culture.
