Construction workers face significantly higher rates of mental health challenges than many other industries.

In a high-pressure environment, that can impact focus, decision-making, and overall jobsite safety.

Taking care of our people means looking at the full picture.

As we recognize Construction Safety Week and Mental Health Awareness Month, we are sharing a short micro-training video on mental health and resilience to help start conversations and support teams on and off the job.

Our first Women’s Safety Summit is in the books and it delivered.

A sold-out event at The Safety Yard filled with real conversations, shared experiences, and a collective focus on improving safety for women in construction. The level of openness in the room was powerful, especially around topics like PPE and jobsite challenges that don’t always get the attention they deserve.

This wasn’t just a one-day event. It’s a step forward.

Special thanks to Hannah Kibler for brining this event to life, and to Julie Van Horn with White Cap for helping bring the industry together. And of course, thank you to everyone who showed up ready to have the conversation.
