USI Consultants recently welcomed Allen County officials and representatives from vialytics Americas to USI’s Fort Wayne office for a collaborative working session focused on their experience with the vialytics platform and opportunities to continue building on its value.

Conversations like these give us the opportunity to hear directly from the people using these tools every day. From learning what’s working well and understanding evolving needs, to exploring ways technology can continue to support their teams and communities.

USI Consultants is honored to be recognized as the Business Partner of the Year for our steadfast support of the Syracuse-Wawasee Trails!

We had a great time attending the recent fundraiser and celebrating the people and partnerships that make this trail network possible. A big thank you to Syracuse-Wawasee Trails for hosting such a wonderful event and for bringing the community together in support of this important work.

For more than two decades, this community has worked together to create over 12 miles of trails connecting neighborhoods, schools, parks, families, and the lakes that make the area so special.

Today, we celebrated National Intern Day by recognizing the outstanding interns who have been part of Team USI this summer. 🎉

From sharing stories about their internship experiences to talking about what's next after USI, it was a great opportunity to reflect on an exciting summer together. It was also a chance for our employees to share advice, encouragement, and lessons learned with the next generation of industry professionals.

Bridge Inspection Intern Miles Conrad recently joined Team Leader Brett Longenecker for an in-depth inspection of an open spandrel arch bridge in Richmond, Indiana. From the bucket of an underbridge inspection unit, Miles gained valuable hands-on experience while helping inspect critical bridge components and supporting the safety of Indiana's infrastructure.

We had a great day at the ACEC Indiana Education & Workforce Foundation Golf Outing! ⛳

USI was proud to be a hole and beverage cart sponsor at this year's outing! Golfers stayed refreshed with a stop at our beverage cart and had the chance to test their luck at our dart poker game, which quickly became a fan favorite. President Mike Obergfell and Business Development Rep Derek Towle also enjoyed a great day on the course with Ann Scheidler of Hancock County and Ben Taylor of Shelby County.

This past Saturday marked a special milestone as Lauren Cook, Marketing Manager, celebrated 10 years with USI!

For the last decade, Lauren has been the creative mastermind behind so much of what our Marketing team does. Whether she's leading proposal efforts, designing marketing materials, or bringing new ideas to the table, Lauren's creativity and dedication have made a lasting impact on our company.

Lauren is also an active member of our Philanthropy Board, helping organize events and give back to the communities we serve. No matter what she's working on, she's always willing to lend a hand, share a great idea, and support those around her.
