During the 2026 session we were proud to work with our client ADL Midwest in taking a positive step forward to address antisemitism. SB 160 puts enhanced penalties on masked offenders and criminalizes malicious littering to protect individuals from being targeted in their communities. This week we joined ADL Midwest, Gov. Mike Braun, and our legislative champions Sen. Spencer Deery and Rep. Danny Lopez for a ceremonial signing of SB 160. Thank you to the Indiana General Assembly - especially Sen. Deery and Rep. Lopez - for supporting this important piece of legislation.
