Kenyons Creations We offer a Portable Glass Studio and custom blown glass. Usually on the first lesson we go through paperweights and flowers.

Experience Glass Blowing

GRT Glass Design charges $60 for one person per hour or $50 per person per hour minimum being a 2 hour lessons to. If you get a group of 10 to 15 together we can do a lesson at $40 per person where each person walks away with a wonderful paperweight, heart, pumpkin, snowman or a few flowers. $60 for each firing in my kiln-(includes all the glass and materials you will need)

Learn to fuse glass in my studio at the Harrison Center for the Arts at 16th and Delaware. Anyone above the age of 8 is welcome to learn how easy it is to fuse pieces of glass together. It is very safe and a wonderful experience for everyone to learn about the different properties of this wonderful medium. We will walk you through the process for about 20 minutes then you can take all the time you want in creating small fused glass pendents, drawer pulls, magnets, or anything else you would like to create out of glass. After the pieces of glass are laid out like you want we will fire the oven to about 1450 degrees then we will anneal the pieces until they are cooled off. Students will get their pieces back 2 days after they are finished. You are welcome to create anything you envision from superheros, silly faces, animals or self portraits to cartoon monsters or fruit and veggies. Fun easy and a great way to teach the properties of this medium to any age. Set up a class with 10 to 15 friends, family or co-workers and everyone will make an item for $40 per person in a 2 to 3 hour session. I'm an ambitious, highly optimistic, talented freelance glass artist who lives to create and instruct people in how to make some wonderfully attractive glass. I'm inspired by the uniqueness of individual projects if you have ideas I will help you create whatever you invision. I have a genuine talent for teaching all the different ages and types of people. There are so many different techniques to try out in glass blowing. I have had about 7 years experience teaching this medium and I would love to help you in the creation of some wonderful possessions out of this liquid medium.
