Things have been coming together really nicely. We are getting chili catered from , and the rest of the food is being prepared by our very own Quady North team. Rosie made a spicy vegan chili, and let me tell you, it is not for the faint of heart (Casey thinks she may have accidentally summoned a demon). Meanwhile, Casey has put all her heart and soul into some amazing pairings for all of the Cab Francs. Vegan and gluten free options available for everything!

This special w**e was made in the traditional method and spent 6 years en tirage. Only 260 bottles were made, so the purchases will be limited to one per w**e club member.
