FRIDAY SPOTLIGHT: On Friday, April 4th, Mike Massaglia Agency - State Farm presented an insightful overview of what sets State Farm apart from other insurance providers. He shared several key examples: they prioritize professional education, guide each customer through the claims process from beginning to end, conduct annual meetings with their customers to stay updated on any changes, and remain actively involved in their local community. Mike and his team deliver a level of service that truly stands out. Additionally, it was wonderful to learn more about Mike personally; he joined the Air Force right after high school, serving as a weapons loader on F-16s. He completed three tours in Saudi Arabia, three in Turkey, and one in Kuwait before moving to Knoxville. He graduated from UT and has been working in the financial services industry since 2004.His journey is a testament to his dedication and resilience, qualities that he now brings to his role at State Farm. FRIDAY SPOLIGHT: On Friday, March 28th, Kim Moye, NMLS 209835 - Mortgage Investors Group, Loan Officer discussed with our group about home financing and the many different types of loans that are available. Making it possible for almost anyone to find a home of their own and begin to start investing their money. From Conventional, FHA, USDA, VA, and more, Kim explained the ins and outs of each option, shedding light on their unique benefits and requirements. She emphasized the importance of understanding one's financial situation and goals to choose the most suitable loan. Furthermore, Kim emphasized the importance of interest rates, down payments, and credit scores in the loan approval process. Her insights equipped us with the confidence and knowledge necessary to effectively refer her to individuals who would genuinely benefit from the services provided by Kim and her team at Mortgage Investors. Last year, 68% of her business was generated through BNI!!
