Almost 25 years later. ❤️

Lanny Stokes and I worked together nearly 25 years ago and hadn’t seen each other since.

Then I got a call.

“I see Green Meadows Partners all over LinkedIn, and I knew I needed to call Natalie.”

And the funny thing is, I knew exactly who was calling.

I remembered Lanny as someone I trusted, respected, and genuinely enjoyed working with all those years ago. I also remember him as a pretty stand up dude! And apparently, he remembered me as a good (and hysterical) gal too! 😆

Life’s paths are so fun!

You work with a lot of people over the course of a career. Some you remember, and some you REALLY remember.

Nearly 25 years later, we sat down on the couch and picked right back up.

Relationships matter. How you treat people matters. And doing good work with good people tends to stick with you.

Why is Samanta lying on the office floor? 😂
We needed to figure out whether a desk would fit in a new space, but we didn’t have a measuring tape. So naturally, we used the next best measuring tool: Samanta.

At Green Meadows Partners, we’re known for executive search, but we do so much more! From finding senior leaders to project managers, coordinators, receptionists, and temp-to-hire team members.

No matter the position, we bring the same level of care, creativity, and attention to detail to every search.

Eva Meadows Recruit 💚

Eva has officially left us, but not before recruiting her own replacement. 😂

Meet Casey, the newest member of the Green Meadows Partners family and our new Office and Operations Coordinator!

Apparently, Eva took her internship responsibilities very seriously and decided recruiting should be part of the job description. She found Casey, made the introduction, and clearly knew exactly what our team needed.

Casey has only been with Green Meadows Partners for over two weeks, and she has already taken on more, learned faster, and made a bigger impact than we could have imagined. She jumped right in, figured things out quickly, and has already shown us that she is smart, capable, dependable, and ready to make things happen.

We are already so impressed with Casey and excited to see everything she brings to Green Meadows Partners.

Eva’s final deal: officially done. And it may have been one of her best. 💚☀️

Kayla’s Upgrade 💚

While Eva headed back to school, Kayla Henry officially upgraded to Director of Operations! It was long overdue BUT like a fine w**e Kayla gets better and better each and every day.

The truth is, Kayla makes this business run. She is the well-oiled machine behind Green Meadows Partners and the person who keeps the people, processes, details, and all of us moving in the right direction.

She keeps us organized, keeps us in line, and somehow keeps everything together without making it look nearly as hard as it is.

Kayla is THE MVP.

Same Kayla. Bigger title to represent the big things she is doing at Green Meadows Partners these days.

Eva’s Farewell 💚

Our intern has officially left us to go back to college, and we are not okay about it!!

Yes, she is the daughter of one of the owners, BUT the entire team can vouch that she earned every bit of the praise she’s receiving. She gave us hope for the next generation.

She is smart, hungry, eager to build her resume, and understood from day one that her role mattered. She took every assignment seriously and always gave it her best.

She never complained. She was never late. She always had a positive attitude and approached every task with enthusiasm. She never left a task unfinished.

Eva absolutely knocked our socks off with her intelligence, work ethic, and natural instinct for understanding what was best for the business. She was exceptional, and we could not be prouder.

Thank you, Eva, for the impact you made on our team. We can’t wait to see all you’ll accomplish next. 💚
