Orale carnalitos. Check out our newest creation, the Paraiso Perdido. A rum soaked vacation in a bowl. Make one and you'll instantly be a VIP. A vato in paradise.

Paraiso Perdido by V.W.T

3/4 oz grapefruit juice
3/4 oz orange juice
1 1/4oz lime juice
2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz cinnamon syrup
1 1/2 oz passion fruit syrup
3 oz Plantation 3 star rum
3 oz El Dorado 8 year rum
3 dashes Angostura bitters

Start by adding all ingredients in one tin, then divide the liquid into two tins. Add two cups of crushed ice into each of the tins and flashb blend for about 10 seconds. Pour unstrained into a Tiki bowl and add ice to fill.

Orale Carnalitos, Happy Tiki Thursday. Check out this fantastic Scorpion Bowl riff we call Oaxalacran. A tropical blend of juices mixed in with rum and mezcal that give you a perfect sting. Make one to share or enjoy it for yourself. Cheers!

Oaxalacran

3 oz fresh lemon juice
5 oz fresh orange juice
1/2 oz Giffard Orgeat
1 oz cinnamon syrup
3 oz Light Puerto Rican rum ( Havana Club 3 year)
3 oz Espadin Mezcal (Del Magey Vida)
1 oz Brandy (Christian Bros. Sacred bond)

Flashblend all the ingredients into 2 separate shaker tins with 2 cups of crushed ice per tin for about 10 seconds.
Pour unstrained into a tiki bowl.

Orale Carnalitos. People always ask us for our Mai Tai recipe, well here it is. Hands down the best OG Mai Tai you'll ever have.
In a glass with ice pour
3 oz pineapple juice
1 oz Myers's rum
1 oz Malibu coconut rum
1/2 oz Rose's grenadine
Splash of lime
Splash of Amaretto
Top with more Myers's rum
Garnish with orange slice and maraschino cherries and enjoy. Cheers!
