I didn’t post much in February, but I was living it…

•Leader
•Wife
•Mom
•Family gathered around the card table
•High school gyms with kids we’ve watched grow up
•Trying new roles and stepping into them fully

I don’t separate my worlds.

The same lens I bring to a room,
I bring to my family.
The same intentionality I bring to business,
I bring to life.

This month held new spaces.
New views.
New rhythms.

And also the same steady foundation underneath it all.

Full month…Full heart 🖤

Cozy cabin in the woods.
Packed rooms of women.
Massages, facials, breath work, jewelry, B12 shots…and real conversations about how we’re actually living.

This Galentine’s retreat was such a vibe!!!
I loved getting to lead a workshop on lenses and how they quietly shape our everyday lives.
So much engagement. So many nodding heads. So many women sharing real life moments.

Reminder, self-care isn’t just what you do…it’s how you see. 👓

As this year comes to a close, I find myself reflecting less on milestones and more on moments of connection.

2025 reminded me that some of the most meaningful growth happens through consistency, presence, and honest conversation.

I’m deeply grateful for the leaders, teams, and spaces that allowed me to do this work…and for the version of myself who trusted it more fully this year 🤍

I almost didn’t book these headshots.
Then, once I did, I almost rescheduled.

I hadn’t eaten the way I wanted to leading up to it. I hadn’t gotten Botox in almost a year. I hadn’t done a few of the things I usually do to feel fully prepared. And suddenly I was questioning whether I should even show up.

Then I had this moment of clarity…THIS is real life. And waiting for perfect is unnecessary.

So I went anyway. I trusted the process. And I let myself be confident with good enough.

It reminded me how often we as people do this…waiting to feel ready, polished, certain…instead of letting ourselves be present and visible where we are.

Just a reminder that you don’t need to be perfectly prepared to show up. Sometimes showing up as you are is most important.

Shout out to for creating such an accepting space for me to feel both comfortable and confident…and for amazing photos
